Royce began his career in a small family business in the printing industry. This experience gave him invaluable insights into the challenges of small business. For the next decade he worked with small business owners to help them gain clarity and confidence, and achieve their financial goals. 

Incra Group was founded to bring big-end of town service to everyday small business clients on a broader scale. Today Royce spends his time growing the skills and experience of our team and continues to advise business owners across the country.

Ben commenced his career in the construction industry. Over his years in the industry he contributed to the company scaling into a national leader in their niche.

Ben leads everything non-accounting related in the Incra Group. From our IT, automation, workflow, HR, sales, marketing and more, Ben keeps everything moving smoothly, ensuring all work is completed on time for our clients and nothing slips through the cracks. He is also passionate about drawing out the potential of our team, and helping them serve our clients with enterprise level service.

Ermin is responsible for managing workflow, reviewing work, and providing training. To ensure client success, Ermin fosters collaboration through weekly meetings and open communication channels. While accounting feels like second nature, Ermin thrives on the ever-changing landscape of tax, finding it both challenging and fun. Beyond work, Ermin's interests include spending time with her cat, Willow, who often appears during daily huddles. Ermin also enjoys crafting while listening to podcasts on weekends. Her crochet hobby is not just enjoyable but also practical, providing thoughtful gifts for her mum each Christmas.

With a Bachelor of Commerce and having his CA studies underway, Suhen is a sharp accountant, as well as being a positive and cheerful presence in the Incra office. As treasurer for his church and drummer in his band, life is not all about numbers for Suhen! Tech savvy and curious by nature, clients enjoy working with him on both ordinary compliance and more complex assignments.

Patsy is our driven Operations Assistant, supporting our operations team to keep work flowing smoothly through the business. Like our entire team, Patsy upholds the values of Incra Group everyday with her passion for excellence, honesty and teamwork. She can personally vouch for the fun and uplifting culture we’ve created in the behind-the-scenes of our business. This leads to happier staff who are more motivated to serve our clients with integrity and care everyday!

Amanda got into administration after she was offered a position within her family's locksmith business. She worked in hospitality for many years before that. Amanda has six years experience in accounting administration. Prior to that she worked more than 11 years for her family business, responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivable and general office management.

Irene manages the provision and delivery of essential administrative support services across our business. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Majoring in Financial Accounting and Management Information Systems and over 10 years of industry experience she is highly qualified. Always encouraging trust and clear communication within the team and with clients, her commitment to excellence is evident in her proactive approach to process enhancement. Outside of work, Irene finds joy in quiet reading, music, and embracing new travel experiences whenever possible.

Wendy is a vital part of the team, managing our Penrith office and handling client communications. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and a Cert III in Business and Administration, Wendy is a well-rounded professional and ensures client success by fostering effective teamwork. Her expertise spans both accounting and administration, reflecting her passion for being an all-rounder in various areas. Outside of work, Wendy finds joy in simple pleasures, being happiest at home and playing games with her children. Her dedication to both professional excellence and a balanced personal life makes Wendy an invaluable asset to the Incra Group team.

Trudie has been always interested in accountancy and finance during her school years. This interest developed into completing courses in her spare time till she decided to take the plunge and get a position in the industry. That’s how she landed at Incra! Incra Group embraces thinking outside the box. Our team is always challenging norms, finding the fastest and most effective ways to work. This attracts unique and thoughtful team members who are able to work cohesively, maximizing the strengths of each.

Emily handles the end-to-end processing of Financial Statements and Tax Returns. A college graduate and Certified Public Accountant, Emily is highly qualified. To ensure client success, Emily prioritises collaboration by promptly addressing internal queries. Her expertise lies in tax accounting, reflecting her passion and deep knowledge in this area. Beyond work, Emily enjoys completing household chores, spending quality time with family, and gardening. Her dedication to both professional and personal pursuits contributes to her well-rounded approach at Incra Group.

Richzelle specialises in preparing Financial Statements and Tax Returns for enterprise-level clients. A graduate in BSc Accountancy, a Certified Public Accountant (PH), and currently pursuing CPA (AU), Richzelle emphasises open communication with colleagues to ensure client success. Beyond work, Richzelle's interests include playing badminton, being a dedicated Potterhead and book enthusiast, and having a keen interest in anything South Korean, including dramas, music, and culture, as well as Japanese animes.

Sarah has nine years of diverse accounting experience, with expertise in Australian Accounting and Taxation (5 years) and Philippine Accounting & Auditing (4 years). Holding a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant, Sarah is a detail-oriented professional with a bubbly personality. In her collaborative efforts, Sarah emphasises effective communication as the key to client success. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys thrilling activities like scuba diving, parasailing, and canyoneering.

Declan has his Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is currently pursuing his Diploma. He focuses on financial reporting for small and medium clients, actively participating in client meetings and is often working on monthly management reports. Declan has developed a passion for management accounting and tax planning & forecasting, and is aspiring to delve into M&A to assist clients in more advanced business stages. In his personal time, Declan enjoys playing the piano and has a deep love for music. He is also an avid traveller, visiting family in different countries and experiencing many diverse cultures.

Kelvin has achieved his Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is currently studying for his Diploma. Specialising in advisory reports and financial statements for business groups, Kelvin collaborates with colleagues through open communication and regular feedback to ensure client success. Passionate about taxation and intrigued by financial forecasting and modelling, Kelvin brings fresh perspectives to the team. Beyond work, he enjoys playing sports, particularly cricket and indulges in hiking and bushwalking during his free time.
