Royce began his career in a small family business in the printing industry. This experience gave him invaluable insights into the challenges of small business. For the next decade he worked with small business owners to help them gain clarity and confidence, and achieve their financial goals. 

Incra Group was founded to bring big-end of town service to everyday small business clients on a broader scale. Today Royce spends his time growing the skills and experience of our team and continues to advise business owners across the country.

Ben commenced his career in the construction industry. Over his years in the industry he contributed to the company scaling into a national leader in their niche.

Ben leads everything non-accounting related in the Incra Group. From our IT, automation, workflow, HR, sales, marketing and more, Ben keeps everything moving smoothly, ensuring all work is completed on time for our clients and nothing slips through the cracks. He is also passionate about drawing out the potential of our team, and helping them serve our clients with enterprise level service.

With over 15 years of accounting experience, Clinton brings a strong technical foundation in superannuation and business structures.

As a CFA graduate, registered tax agent, and authorised representative of Merit Wealth, he offers a unique blend of tax and investment expertise: helping clients make informed, strategic decisions that create long-term value.

Clinton also draws on prior experience working with manufacturing businesses, giving him a practical understanding of the industry’s challenges and how to navigate them.

Ermin is responsible for managing quality, reviewing work, and providing training. To ensure team success, Ermin fosters collaboration through weekly meetings and open communication channels. While accounting feels like second nature, Ermin thrives on the ever-changing landscape of tax, finding it both challenging and fun. Beyond work, Ermin's interests include spending time with her cats, Willow and Magnus, who often appear during daily huddles! Ermin also enjoys crafting while listening to podcasts on weekends. Her crochet hobby is not just enjoyable but also practical, providing thoughtful gifts for her mum each Christmas.

Declan has his Diploma and Tax Agent licence and is currently pursuing his Advanced Diploma. He focuses on taking care of clients, including responding to their questions and assisting with special assignments. Declan has developed a passion for management accounting and tax planning & forecasting, and is aspiring to delve into M&A to assist clients in more advanced business stages. In his personal time, Declan enjoys playing the piano and has a deep love for music. He is also an avid traveller, visiting family in different countries and experiencing many diverse cultures.

Kelvin has achieved a Diploma in Accounting and has his Tax Agent licence. He is highly client-focused and regularly works with clients to respond to questions, navigate tax matters, and support them through a range of accounting and compliance requirements. He also collaborates closely with colleagues through open communication and feedback to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Outside of work, Kelvin follows cricket closely and has a keen interest in history and world events. 

Patsy is our energetic Executive Assistant, supporting the directors and management team. Like our entire team, Patsy upholds the values of Incra Group everyday with her passion for excellence, honesty and teamwork. She can personally vouch for the fun and uplifting culture we’ve created in the behind-the-scenes of our business. This leads to happier staff who are more motivated to serve our clients with integrity and care everyday!

Gretchen is an Executive Assistant to the leadership team at Incra Group, where she helps coordinate the many moving parts behind the firm’s client work. She manages client travel visits, schedules internal and external meetings, and supports the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Her interest in teamwork and organisation developed early through her involvement in her school’s Student Leadership Team, where she began building the communication and leadership skills she brings to her role today.

Gretchen enjoys getting to know each client as an individual and helping ensure their experience with the firm is seamless from start to finish.

Outside work, she enjoys music, visiting the many wineries near her home in Coonawarra, and travelling whenever she can.

Trudie has been always interested in accountancy and finance during her school years. This interest developed into completing courses in her spare time till she decided to take the plunge and get a position in the industry. That’s how she landed at Incra! Incra Group embraces thinking outside the box. Our team is always challenging norms, finding the fastest and most effective ways to work. This attracts unique and thoughtful team members who are able to work cohesively, maximizing the strengths of each.

Karniya is a Junior Accountant at Incra Group, where she supports the team with compliance work including the preparation of tax returns for individuals and secondary entities, along with BAS, payroll tax and FBT. She also assists the Company Accountant with bookkeeping and internal financial processes.

She is currently completing her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping as she continues building her skills in the profession.

Outside work, Karniya enjoys travelling, meeting new people and spending time with friends. Growing up in Bathurst, she also has a keen interest in motorsport.

Darcy is a Junior Accountant at Incra Group, where he supports the team with compliance work including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and BAS. His role focuses on helping ensure clients receive accurate financial information and that reporting obligations are met on time.

Darcy has a particular interest in automation and improving accounting processes, and enjoys finding ways to make routine work more efficient.

Outside the office, Darcy enjoys sport and music. He follows AFL and cricket closely and spends much of his free time keeping up with both.

Kirby is a Junior Accountant at Incra Group, where he supports the team with compliance work including preparing activity statements, assisting with tax returns and financial statements, and helping assemble client documentation. He also assists senior team members with client matters such as responding to ATO queries and completing required forms.

Coming from a family involved in fabrication and manufacturing, he has a strong appreciation for the challenges faced by business owners.

Outside the office, he enjoys coffee and occasionally heading to the snow for a ski trip.
